PRODUCT PRICING

All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of domestic Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

This website provides a secure mechanism for payment. Please see our Privacy Statement which details the technologies used to protect your personal and credit card information. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

DELIVERY

We offer fast, trackable delivery within Australia via Express Post Services. You can also select to insure your delivery for a small fee.

We will send your parcel to you via Australia Post- so be on the look out for your friendly postie who will usually be able to deliver it directly to your door. If you are not at home at the time, they will leave a reminder in your letterbox, so please sort through your junk mail carefully over the next few days.

Our policy is to dispatch all orders received before 2.00 pm the same day. Of course orders received on the weekend and after 2.00 pm Friday will be sent on the next postal day - usually Monday.

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days for WA or 5 days for the Eastern States) please check with your local Post Office to see if they have your parcel there, waiting for you to collect it.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you receive any product with a manufacturing fault or for any other reason need to return a purchased product to us, please call on 08 9458 9650 or email us at orders@jesuisfemme.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation number. Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. We strongly suggest that you find out your skin type before selecting any skincare products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you'd like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your skin, please contact us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival. Should a product be returned to Je Suis Femme as faulty, but is found to be free of defect, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Je Suis Femme and the cost of return freight to you at our normal freight charges. Je Suis Femme may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Western Australia.

PRIVACY

Je Suis Femme is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of its users and customers.

If necessary, we may use your Internet protocol address to diagnose technical problems relating to this site. If you provide us with contact details (either through contests, on order forms or by contacting us) we may use those details to send you information about Je Suis Femme or its products.
